Advanced training yields best results with access to a full gym but your program can be designed around minimal exercise equipment and home work outs!
Every program starts with a personalized assessment to help identify muscle imbalance and asymmetries specific to YOU. Personalized corrective work will be added and updated based on your progress.
Coaching is delivered weekly through online personal training software and video submission. Although not required, coaching will help you get the most out of this plan.
Program Length: 6-12 weeks based on goals and timeline.
Layout: 2-3 non-consecutive strength training days and 1-2 cardio focused work outs.

Strength Training For The Hiker // Foundations
This foundations program is scalable for everyone! For those looking to get back into a fitness routine and someone looking for basic, yet challenging, full body strength. Designed with outdoor recreators in mind. Specifically, those who enjoy walking, hiking, and backpacking.
Access to a gym is not necessary. Foundations requires very little exercise equipment.

Strength and Conditioning for Backpackers // Intermediate
This strength and conditioning program is best done as a progression from “Strength Training for Hikers” but can also be done stand alone for those with a solid foundation. This program is designed specifically for someone who enjoys the challenge of strenuous day hikes or someone planning extended adventures in the backcountry.
Access to equipment or a gym is preferred. Depending on your goals timeline, cardio/ hiking progressions may be added to make this a 3 to 6 days per week program.
